2D Game Brief

Client Brief:

I would like a 2D plat-former/scroller game in a sci-fi theme with puzzle elements.

Own Brief:
Set in the 22nd century and is based around a character that is trying to get his dog back from the slime king who stole him.

Story:

• Guy sitting in his living room with his dog little back story about him and his dog to make the player care about the dog.
• Slimes come charging in and take his dog and his money.
• Guy goes running after them and gets a laser gun that one of the Slimes dropped.
• He fights multiple Slime Soldiers chasing after his dog and money.
• He goes from world to world trying to get his dog and money back and on the way he encounters not just Slimes but other aliens as well.
• When he reaches the end of the levels he comes across the slime king who has his dog and money.
• Battles the slime king and when he is dead he gets his dog and money back and then has to get home safely.
• To get home he has to work out some equations to make sure he gets back to the correct planet.
